Carolyn Zepf
Clinical director and founder of Ultimate Sports Therapy. Carolyn specializes in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal (i.e. bone, muscle and joint) disorders. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association.
Through her career as a Therapist, Carolyn has worked with athletes on field and in clinic, written articles and produced a variety of training DVDs. She presents and hosts seminars out of Ultimate Sports Therapy.
Carolyn is excited to offer her services and those of her team to all active individuals wishing to improve their quality of life.
